TRYDY – Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with every TRYDY purchase. We craft each notebook with care and attention, especially our personalized items. Please review our policy below.


General Return Policy

If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it for an exchange or refund (based on eligibility).

If applicable, we will arrange our delivery partner to collect your return. Please clearly include the following details on the outside of your return parcel:

Refund Policy

To be eligible for a refund, returns must be initiated within 3 days of receiving your product.

Refunds are not applicable if:

  • The product is damaged after delivery
  • The product shows signs of use
  • The return request is made after 3 days

Eligible Refund Conditions

Returned products must meet the following requirements:

  • Must be in original packaging
  • Must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition
  • Must include all original tags, accessories, and items included in the order

Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be refunded:

  • Personalized products (engraved or custom-name notebooks)
  • Digital items

Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item. If approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method used during purchase.
TRYDY reserves the right to refuse refunds for items showing damage, wear, or alterations.


Exchange Policy

You may request an exchange for another color or model (if available). Exchanges are accepted within 3 days.

Exchanges will only be processed if the product:

  • Is in original packaging
  • Is unused and undamaged
  • Includes all original tags

If the requested replacement item is unavailable, you will receive a full refund (delivery charges not included).

Customers are allowed one exchange per order, provided eligibility conditions are met.


Personalized Products Policy

Please note:

Personalized items (engraved notebooks, custom-name designs) cannot be returned or refunded, unless the item arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Incorrectly personalized due to OUR error

If the mistake is on our side, we will replace the item at no additional cost.
